Lenin Peak Program

*this is a classic program that can be changed

Day 1. Arrival to Manas airport (in Bishkek). If there’s enough time we can have a cup of coffee. Then is a flight to Osh. It takes 40 minutes. Our manager will meet you at the airport. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2. Transfer from Osh to the Base Camp. The road will take abour five hours. Lunch at the Base Camp. Enjoy mountains, walk around. Accommodation in tent. Dinner.

Day 3. Acclimatization. Ascent to peak Petrovsky (4830 m) or to Petrovsky “shoulder”.  Dinner in a dinning yurt. Night in tents.

Day 4. Preparations. You will check all your equipment. Something you will carry yourself and something you can put on horses.

Day 5. Hiking to Camp 1 (4200m).  The way is 12 km. But when you arrive to the camp our cook will meet you with tea. Dinner in the evening. Night in tent.

Day 6. Active acclimatization.  After breakfast acclimatization ascent to Yukhin peak (5100m). It is not a difficult hike, you do not need any special equipment. Dinner in kitchen tent. Night in tents.

Day 7. Acclimatization ascent to Camp 2 (5300m). Early wake up. It is a long day. You will cross the ice fall. Night in tents. You will cook dinner yourself.

Day 8. Ascent to Razdelnaya Summit (6100м). You will wake up early in the morning. When you reach the summit youshould make descent back to Camp 2 (5300m). You will prepare dinner yourself. Night in tent.

Day 9. Return to Camp 1 (4200m). It is time for delicious food. Our cook as usually will surprise you with his fantastic dishes! Night in tent.

Day 10. Return to Base Camp. After acclimatization climbs we recommend going down to Base Camp. The camp is located at such an altitude, where the body will have enough strength to recover, which in turn will increase the chances for a successful ascent.

Day 11 . Rest in the Base camp. We recommend that you relax and gain strength in the base camp.

Day 12. Hiking to Camp 1 (4200m). You will see that now you will go twice faster, the excellent acclimatization is affecting. We meet with the camp’s team again. Accommodation in a tent. Dinner.

Day 13. Ascent to the second camp of (5300m). You are already well acclimatized and full of strength for further ascent. Overnight in a tent at a height is given easier.

Day 14. Climb to the camp 3 (6300m). Early wake up. It is necessary to wake up early at high altirude to have enough time for ascent. This is the last camp before the summit.

Day 15. Ascent to the summit (7134 m). One of the main rules in the mountains is that you need to climb to the top until 2 PM and then turn back down. You will get down to the third camp.

Day 16. Back to the first camp (4200m). After the third camp immediately go down to the First (4200m), bypassing the second. Here we are waiting for delicious food and plentiful drink. Overnight in tent.

Day 17. Down to the base camp. After a good rest, we begin to descend to the base camp, we will send heavy bags on horses down. Overnight in tent. Dinner.

Day 18. A spare day. In case of bad weather or extra rest.

Day 19. Transfer to Osh. We leave the Base Camp, say goodbye to the team. Overnight at hotel in Osh.

Day 20. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Bishkek. Overnight at hotel in Bishkek. Or flight home.

Day 21. Transfer to the airport “Manas” in the city of Bishkek. End of the program.
